Rabarberu kūka – īsts gardums pavasarī.
Vai zināji, ka rabarbers satur arī vērtīgos P, C, A, K, B vitamīnus, pektīnvielas, no minerālvielām – kāliju, fosforu, magniju, dzelzi un alumīniju (pēdējo vielu ne tik lielā daudzumā, lai tā izraisītu saindēšanos).

Pamācība
Miltus ar aukstu sviestu un 2 ēdamkarotēm cukura sajauc kopā līdz iegūsti viendabīgu masu. Masu klāj iekšā formā (23 cm).
Rabarberus nomizo un sagriez ripiņās.
Pusi no sagrieztajiem rabarberiem liec virsū mīklai.
Rabarberus apber ar 2 ēdamkarotēm cukura.
Uzkarsē cepeškrāsni līdz 180°C.
Biezpienu sakul kopā ar olām un jogurtu, pievieno 2 ēdamkarotes cukura. Pēc tam lej virsū rabarberiem.
Liec cepeškrāsnī cepties, aptuveni līdz 1 h. Kad gatava ņem ārā un atdzesē.
Tikmēr lej katlā 100 ml ūdens, pievieno otru pusi sagrieztos rabarberus un saldinātāju pēc garšas, atkarībā cik saldu vēlaties ( aptuveni 2 ēdamkarotes cukura).
Visu vāri 5-10 min. Kad rabarberi beigās jau sāk veidoties putrā, nepārtraukti maisi, lai nepiedeg. Atdzesē un sablendē. Klāj virsū uz gatavās kūkas.
