Strawberry Mimosa. Refresh yourself with a fresh strawberry cocktail.

Did you know that Mimosa is a cocktail that consists of one part champagne (or other sparkling wine) and one part chilled citrus juice, most often orange juice. It is traditionally served in a tall glass of champagne for brunch. Mimosa is one of the cocktails included in the IBA's official cocktail list by the International Bartenders Association. According to the proportions set by the IBA, the cocktail consists of 75 ml of champagne and 75 ml of orange juice.

    Solis 1

Clean the strawberries from the heads.

    Solis 2

Place the strawberries in a blender with orange juice and blend until a homogeneous mass.

    Solis 3

Then pour 75 ml of champagne into each glass. And on top of that, pour strawberry puree.

When serving, you can decorate the edge of the glass with fresh strawberries. Also, if at the very beginning, the strawberry mass seems sweet, you can add some sweet syrup. If you use frozen strawberries, then take into account that they are not as sweet as fresh berries, then a sweetener will definitely be required. Enjoy your meal!
