Chicken: in white wine, spinach and butter sauce

Wine can be used in other ways than just drinking, wine is a great ingredient for cooking. Great recipe for chicken: white wine, spinach and butter sauce.



    Solis 1

    Spread chicken breasts with paprika powder on both sides. Also add salt and pepper.

    Solis 2

    Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a medium heat pan and add the chicken breast. Bake the first half for 3 minutes. or until golden and crispy, turn and cut to medium or slightly smaller heat. Allow to bake for another 3 minutes.

    Solis 3

    Bake with stirring, add butter, garlic and wine.

    Allow the wine to simmer and bake for about 20 minutes. The wine will evaporate, so if necessary, add more.

    Solis 5

    Add the spinach and let it soften. Add sour cream and pieber salt and pepper. Make sure the chicken is ready.
