This is one of my favorite breakfast recipes that will give you the energy to start the morning with quality!

    Great dish to cook for breakfast! It's so juicy and delicious that your taste buds will take it over and over again, but you'll know it's healthy!

    Solis 1

    In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar. Add milk and cinnamon and beat well again.

    Solis 2

    Heat a pan into which the oil is poured. When it is hot, then the bread one by one soaked in the egg mass, then immediately put on the pan. Bake each side until golden brown. Repeat the process with the other slices of bread.

    Solis 3

    Serve with honey, fresh berries or fruit.
