The three cheese potatoes are particularly cheesy, thanks to three different cheeses that are cheesy and creamy. A great meal for the holidays to please the loved ones.

    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

    Solis 2

Cut diced onion and garlic cloves.

    Solis 3

    Grate the cheeses.

    Solis 4

In a baking pan, arrange the potatoes vertically along one of the long edges. Repeat with the remaining potatoes until you have three columns of potato slices; set aside.

    Solis 5

Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the onion and garlic and fry for 5 minutes, often in bags.

    Solis 6

Add the flour to the pot and cook for another 1 minute, frothing almost continuously, or until the flour is slightly golden brown.

    Solis 7

Then add salt, pepper, broth, cream and bags for about 3 minutes.

    Solis 8

Turn off the heat and stir in half of the grated cheese. Thoroughly bag so that the cheese begins to melt slightly.

    Solis 9

Pour the finished cheese sauce evenly over the potatoes.

    Solis 10

Sprinkle the potatoes evenly with the remaining cheese.

    Solis 11

Cover the potatoes with foil and bake for 1 h.

    Solis 12

After 1 h. remove from the oven and check that they are ready. If not, bake for another 10 to 15 minutes. or as long as it takes to be ready. The potatoes must be soft!

    Solis 13

When the potatoes are completely cooked, remove the foil and let the potatoes fry a little more until the cheese is browned. (If necessary and desired.)
