For a colorful and hearty breakfast - spinach pancakes! About 10-12 pancakes will come from the amount of ingredients mentioned in the recipe.



    Solis 1

    Wash the spinach, remove the stalks, ber leaves in a blender bowl, add 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and blend until a homogeneous mass of spinach is obtained.

    Solis 2

    In a separate bowl, beat two eggs, gradually add the milk and flour, stirring constantly with a whisk, until a smooth pancake dough without lumps is obtained.

    Solis 3

    Add the previously prepared spinach mass and a pinch of salt to the pancake dough. Mix thoroughly with a whisk, obtaining a uniform dough consistency. If the dough appears to be too liquid, add a little more flour; in turn, if the dough is too thick - add milk.

    Solis 4

    Heat a small amount of oil in a pan and pour on it a pancake batter - about half a cup per pancake. Bake on each side for about 1 minute or until the pancakes are ready.


    Serve with sour cream, green cottage cheese or lightly salted salmon of your choice. Enjoy your meal!
