Asparagus with tomatoes and cheese. Asparagus can be eaten with anything, this is my favorite way. Give it a try and taste it too!

    Solis 1

Asparagus breaks about 1-2 cm from the lower part of the stems, because they tend to be fibrous.

    Solis 2

Then peel the asparagus until the flower heads, leaving them intact.

    Solis 3

Blanch the asparagus. Boil water in a pot so that it is boiling, and next to it prepare one bowl of ice-cold water, in which also put ice cubes. Put the asparagus in boiling water, cook for a maximum of 1 min and then immediately put them in a prepared bowl of ice water, allowing to stand for about 1 min.

    Solis 4

Pierce the tomatoes with a fork and also blanch, just like asparagus only in boiling water, keep for about 20-30 seconds. When removed from the ice water, peel them. And then cut into cubes.

    Solis 5

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

    Solis 6

Heat and melt the butter in a pan, add the asparagus, tomatoes, salt, pepper and fry them for about 2-5 minutes.

    Solis 7

When everything is ready, serve on a plate and pour over the cheese.

    Enjoy your meal!
