Spaghetti with crab sticks and zucchini, a great way to cook pasta a little differently again.

Did you know that the Japanese company Sugiyo first produced and patented imitation crab meat in 1974. In 1975, imitation crab sticks were first produced and patented.

Most crab sticks today are made from pollock from the North Pacific Alaska. This main ingredient is often mixed with fillers such as wheat and egg white or other binding ingredients such as the enzyme transglutaminase. A crab flavoring is added (natural or more often artificial) and a red food coloring is applied on the outside.

    Solis 1

Prepare the spaghetti according to the packaging instructions.

    Solis 2

Finely chop the onion, garlic and dill.

    Solis 3

Zucchini cut into thin strips. (Can also be in small cubes.)

    Solis 4

    Cut the crab sticks.

    Solis 5

In a pan in oil, sauté onions and garlic, about 2 min.

    Solis 6

Onions and garlic are then poured into white wine. When the alcohol has evaporated, add the courgettes, bake for 2 minutes.

    Solis 7

Then add sour cream, spaghetti, crab sticks, lemon peel, dill, butter and salt. All neat bags. And let bake for about 5 minutes.

    Enjoy your meal!
