Rice with pineapple and vegetables in coconut oil - a dish that will make you feel like you are on vacation on an island. The special ingredient is coconut oil. And if you feel inspired to surprise your friends with this meal, serve rice in pineapple bowls.

    Finely chop onions, peppers, pineapple, garlic cloves, cashews. Do not mix ingredients.
