Did you know that Poke's food came from Hawaii. And its original recipe is with freshly caught fish grated with sea salt, seaweed and chopped inamonas or kukui nuts. 

Currently, different types of poki are being prepared in the world and I believe that you have definitely tasted one of them. 



    Solis 1

    Boil the rice.

    Grate cucumbers or cut into small pieces.

    Solis 3

    Cut avocado and salmon into pieces.

    Solis 4

    Cucumbers, avocados, beans, corn, salmon and rice are placed in a bowl from which you will eat. Put all the ingredients in a container so that each ingredient is in its corner so that they are not mixed together.

    Solis 5

    Pour the soy over all the ingredients and sprinkle with sesame seeds.


    Nowadays, Poki can basically put in what the heart wants, the main ingredient is raw fish, rice, soy and any fresh vegetables. Remember that you can add something of your own to each recipe. Enjoy your meal!
