Orange, sour bitter berries - mountain ash, fit perfectly in jams. Cooking rowan jam is delicious and fast.

Beliefs say that mountain ash should be planted at the entrance to each house - to protect against evil.



    Solis 1

    The berries are cleaned of stalks and damaged berries.

    Solis 2

    Pour water into the pot, add the mountain ash and boil until the berries become completely soft

    Solis 3

    Then the berries are blended and put back in the pot, add sugar and stir for 15 minutes. Fill the jam in pre-sterilized jars, tightly close.

    Store in a dark and cool place.
