Pasta Bolognese is a classic Italian dish made from minced beef, tomatoes and onions.

    Solis 1

Peel 2 onions and cut into smaller pieces.

    Solis 2

Cut the carrots and celery stalks into smaller pieces.

    Solis 3

Place the onions in a blender. Blend until the onion is very fine, but not a mess. Transfer the onions to another dish.

    Solis 4

Then blend in the same way carrots, celery and garlic.

    Solis 5

Heat the oil in a large pot. Add the onion and vegetable mixture and fry, stirring often, until soft, 8 to 10 minutes. Reduce heat if vegetables start to brown.

    Solis 6

Add minced beef, salt, pepper and wine. Fry over medium heat, 5 to 10 minutes.

    Solis 7

Then add the broth, tomatoes and oregano - lightly boil. Then reduce the heat to a minimum. Put the lid on and cook for about 1,30 hours.

    Solis 8

Then add milk to the sauce, stir. Saute everything under the lid on low heat for another 35 minutes.

    Solis 9

Prepare the pasta according to the packaging instructions.

    Solis 10

Dip the finished pasta and add to the sauce. Stir lightly.

    Solis 11

    Grate the cheese.

Serve pasta with sauce on plates, sprinkled with cheese. Enjoy your meal!
