Try the great lobster hot dog buns.

Did you know that lobsters grow all their lives, periodically changing the shell (exoskeleton) and multiplying muscle cells each time. During the first 5-7 years, the shell is replaced about 25 times. Because lobsters can live up to 100 years in extreme cases, they can reach significant sizes. The largest lobsters are American lobsters (Homarus americanus), and the largest known lobster weighs 20,14 kg.

Because lobster meat is hard to find, I often replace it with crab meat, but not crab sticks.

    Solis 1

Hot dog buns cut in half.

    Solis 2

Heat the pan over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons of butter and bake the buns on both sides. Bake until golden, 1-2 minutes.

    Solis 3

When the buns are toasted, remove the pans and set aside.

    Solis 4

    Finely chop the lobster.

    Solis 5

Add the remaining butter to the pan. When the butter has melted, add the lobster and fry, stirring constantly, so that the lobster is covered with butter. Bake for 3 to 4 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Solis 6

Fill the toast with lobster, add a little lemon juice on top and sprinkle with onions.

If desired, when serving buns, you can pour over mayonnaise and tomato sauce. Enjoy your meal!
