Recipe from Sand's Sweet Kitchen. Sanda Tartes is very popular. This time we tried a slightly different dough for the base (basket). What's different than usual? The butter is not at room temperature (soft) but has melted and it is not necessary to temporarily store the dough in the cold. Therefore, it will be great for those who are in a hurry and forgetful. My taste buds didn't address 100% of them. However, the base (basket) seemed too greasy and crumbly.

Ingredients

    Tutorial

    Cake shape diameter 24 cm.

    Solis 1

Prepare blueberry sauce. In a small bowl, mix 1 teaspoon cornstarch and 2 teaspoons lemon juice until the cornstarch has dissolved. Set aside.

    Solis 2

In a small saucepan over medium heat, boil 190 g of blueberries with 2 teaspoons of sugar, stirring occasionally, until the blueberries are almost dissolved. Stir in the cornstarch mixture. Boil for a few more minutes. until the sauce thickens. Remove the sauce from the stove and leave to cool to room temperature.

    Solis 3

Prepare the dough base (basket). Preheat oven to 175 ° C. Melt 115 g of melted butter in a bowl; 50 g of sugar; 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and a little salt. Add the flour and mix to mix completely. The dough will be slightly greasy and thick. Press the dough firmly and evenly into the baking tin by hand or spatula. The mold does not need to be lubricated. Spread crumpled baking paper on the dough and pour in the ceramic peas. Bake for 15 minutes or until the edges are light brown. Remove the form from the oven, pour out the peas, and pierce the dough with a fork (not completely).

    Solis 4

Prepare the filling (cream). Mix together the condensed milk; 90 ml of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of lemon peel and 1 egg yolk. Pour on top of the dough basket.

    Solis 5

Put blueberry sauce on the filling (about 2/3 of the sauce, the rest of the sauce is used for serving).

    Solis 6

Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the center of the tarte does not move.

    Solis 7

Remove from the oven, cool completely at room temperature and then refrigerate for at least a few hours (or overnight).

    Conclusion

    Enjoy your meal!
