Matchas mango desserts. Sweets can never be too much. 

Did you know that matcha is a Japanese green tea powder made from finely powdered dried tea leaves. It has a slightly bitter, vegetarian taste and a bright green color due to the high chlorophyll levels of the leaves. 



    Solis 1

    Preheat the oven to 180ºC⁣.

    Put nut cream in a large bowl, slowly add the fine muesli and knead it all together to form a homogeneous dough until it sticks to your hands.

    Then spread the dough on baking paper, knead or roll out the dough. Put in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.

    Meanwhile, whipped cream with Mascarpone cream cheese.⁣

    A match is added to the mass. Taste - there should be a well-defined taste of tea, you should feel a slight bitterness.

    Crush the finely muesli baked into pieces and place at the bottom of the glass.⁣

    Pour green tea mass on top of it.

    Put everything in the refrigerator for about 1 h.⁣

    ⁣⁣Meanwhile, pour 12 g of gelatin with cold water, swell and melt in a hot water bath.

    Combine gelatin and mango puree, mix everything thoroughly.

    The mango mass is poured on top of the mass that is standing in the refrigerator. And put in the refrigerator again for another 1 h.
