Mascarpone chocolate cake

I didn't have a mixer for a very long time, until I finally bought it, I knew that the first thing I wanted to try was this delicious mascarpone chocolate cake. Write in the comment if you have made something similar!

    Beat eggs with 200 g of sugar, about 7-8 min.

    Then sift the eggs and stir in 30 g of cocoa; 90 g of corn starch; 90 g flour; 7 g baking powder. Add 25 ml of oil. And mix everything thoroughly.

    Grease the baking dish with oil or butter. Place the baking paper and pour the finished cocoa mass inside. Bake at 180 ° C for 20 minutes. (The size / length of the baking tray doesn't really matter, it will show how big / wide the cake will be. But I think the narrower the better.)

    Pour 200 ml of milk into the pot; 100 g sugar; 1 drop of vanilla extract and stir in the boil.

    Take out of the oven the finished mass, cool.

    Put 200 g of Mascarpone cheese in a bowl. Whip it into one creamy, airy mass.

    Add 50 g of icing sugar to the mascarpone cheese; 1 drop of vanilla extract. All right. When beaten, gradually pour the boiled milk. Then beat everything again until a harder mass is formed.

    Cut the finished cocoa base in half. Slightly moisten both sides with water or milk.

    One side smeared with all the finished Mascarpone cream mass. Place the other side of the cocoa base on top. Flatten the edges of the cake. Put in the refrigerator.

    Meanwhile, boil 250 ml of liquid cream (milk) in a saucepan.

    Pour both chopped chocolates into the bowl.

    When the cream (milk) has boiled, gradually pour on top of the chocolate and bags until the chocolate is completely melted. Then add 30 g of butter, stir until dissolved.

    Pour the finished chocolate icing over the cake. Place the cake again in the refrigerator slightly.


    Ideal if the cake has been in the refrigerator for some time. Enjoy your meal!
