    Tutorial

    Solis 1

Make tea for the compartment. Leave the tea to infuse for about 20-30 minutes. and add sugar. Cool! It is important that the tea is cooled to room temperature. Too hot tea can harm the "scobia".

    Solis 2

Pour the chilled tea into a jar and place the 'scobia' there. Cover the jar with gauze and rubber. It is important for the tea mushroom to breathe. Under no circumstances should the cap be placed on top at this stage.

    Solis 3

Fermented cubes for 7 to 14 days, at room temperature, in the shade. The higher the growth hobby, the shorter the fermentation time will be. The inserted scobium may not float to the surface of the jar, and this is normal, it may also sink and a new scob will grow on the surface of the jar. Turbid deposits and bubbles can also form in the jar, which is a good sign of fermentation.

    Solis 4

When the tea mushroom is fermented for a specified period of time, with clean hands removed from the jar scobia and placed in a separate container.

    Solis 5

Pour a little ripe tea mushrooms into a separate jar, which is used for the next fermentation.

    Solis 6

If you do not want to carry out the 2nd fermentation process to obtain a sparkling cub, then the finished drink is stored in the refrigerator.

    Solis 7

If you want to carry out the 2nd fermentation process - the finished tea mushroom liquid, which has already fermented for 7-14 days, is filled into a bottle / s, it is better to have a glass, and add some tasty syrup or fruit juice and a little more sugar to continue the fermentation. Close the bottles and continue to ferment for 2-4 days at room temperature.

    Solis 8

After 2-4 days, place the bottles in the refrigerator, cool and enjoy the sparkling lemonade! The finished combo can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a month.

    Conclusion

You can ferment combi in any size. The amount of tea and sugar must be adjusted when changing the volume. There will be no fermentation without sugar! With alternative sugars, the fermentation process does not happen as fast. Mold and an unpleasant smell or vinegar taste can also be a sign of a failed comb. You can make cubes by mixing different teas, for example - green tea, white tea. fruit, black tea, etc. Metal can affect the taste and activity of the compartment. Scobium, forming layers each time it is fermented, grows, so it will be possible to share it with other interested parties.
