Finely chop the garlic or use garlic seasoning.

    Solis 2

Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the steak pieces.

    Solis 3

Mix together 1 tablespoon butter, parsley, garlic and soy sauce. Sprinkle steak pieces with this sauce.

    Solis 4

Heat the remaining butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the steak; fry until the meat reaches the desired maturity: raw 2 min; medium 3 min. or baked for 4 minutes, on both sides.

It should be remembered, however, that the thickness of a piece of steak also determines its cooking time. If you have never eaten a steak or it is cooked, I recommend tasting it at all stages to find out what steak you like. How do you know that the steak tastes perfect? The keys to the perfect steak seasoning are salt and pepper ... and lots of it! Let the meat stand for an hour (or even overnight) from the moment of seasoning so that the spices or marinade are absorbed before frying.
