Classic potato porridge. Take your favorite potatoes and treat your friends or family with a delicious mashed potatoes.



    Solis 1

    Peel the potatoes, cut into large pieces, boil until soft, drained.

    Boil the milk.

    Squeeze the potatoes with a stamp or squeeze through a squeezer.

    Add butter, salt, gradually add hot milk, bags all the time, until the consistency is pleasant, if desired, puree froth.

    Sprinkle the finished mashed potatoes with chopped greens or grated nutmeg.


    Various other roots can be added to the puree - carrots, turnips or celery. You can also try different spices - mustard seeds, horseradish, grated nutmeg. You can safely add any chopped greens. If the puree is left over, the next day you can fry in a pan the same way or with finely chopped smoked bacon and onions. Enjoy your meal!
