Light and melting coffee cream. Just put a little work and please your taste buds.



    Solis 1

    Swell the gelatin.

    Make 250 ml of black coffee.

    In a small saucepan / bowl, mix the egg yolks with the sugar. Put in a water bath and heat until the sugar is dissolved.

    Add the prepared coffee.

    Then add the gelatin and heat until the gelatin is completely melted.

    Remove the pan from the heat and cool.

    Whip the sour cream into a stiff foam, then add the cooled coffee mass. Mix everything thoroughly.

    Fill the resulting dessert in portions in dishes and put in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours to freeze.
