Zucchini pizza, healthier and more interesting pizza than usual. Try it out!

Did you know that zucchini is an excellent source of copper and manganese, as well as a very good source of vitamins C, B6 and K, magnesium, phosphorus, folic acid and fiber. The more intense the color of the vegetable, the more antioxidants it will contain. One small courgette contains about 11% of the daily amount of vitamin K required, 16% of the required daily dose of riboflavin (vitamin B 2) and 21% of the required amount of vitamin B 6.

Thanks to its low calorie content and high fiber content, zucchini is a great way to fight high cholesterol. It should be noted, courgettes are also a good source of protein.

    Solis 1

    Finely chop the greens.

    Solis 2

Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater. Squeeze the flesh to remove excess moisture. Mix with egg, greens, sifted flour, salt and pepper. It will be like a zucchini dough.

    Solis 3

Cut the chicken fillet into pieces.

    Solis 4

    Cut the tomatoes into slices.

    Solis 5

    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

    Solis 6

Grease a baking pan with butter. Put the courgette dough in it. The thickness should be about 1 cm.

    Solis 7

    Grate the cheese.

    Solis 8

Put the chicken dough and tomato slices on top of the pizza dough. All in all, sprinkle with cheese.

    Solis 9

Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.

Zucchini can of course be used instead of courgettes. Mushrooms can be used instead of ingredients, for example, instead of chicken. Enjoy your meal!
