Italian salad with Italian sauce. These salads are vegetarian and maybe even vegan. But it's not the main thing, the main thing is that they are really tasty and quick to cook. 

Italian sauce is a vinigrette-type salad dressing in American cuisine, consisting of water, vinegar or lemon juice, vegetable oil, chopped Bulgarian peppers, sugar or corn syrup, and many herbs and spices (including oregano, fennel, dill, and salt). Onions and garlic can also be used to enhance the taste of the sauce.

In this recipe, let's use a ready-made Italian sauce bought in the store, but you can also prepare it yourself.



    Solis 1

    Finely chop - romaine lettuce, radicio, onion, celery, cherry tomatoes, pepperoni, sun-dried tomatoes, chickpeas and cheese.

    Solis 2

    Place all the previously cut ingredients in the bowl where you will serve the salad.

    Sprinkle with 3 tablespoons of Italian sauce. (Maybe more, it's up to you.)

    Add ½ a teaspoon of salt. All bags and salads are ready to serve.


    Cheese may not be added to this salad! Without it, the food is still great. If you want to make this salad quickly, just buy two bags of chopped Roman / radical mixes and chop them into even smaller pieces. (Such similar mixtures can be purchased rimi). Enjoy your meal!
