I remember my mother's delicious long-stewed cabbage right for Christmas. They are and were, as a tradition, a must have on the festive table. Try it out!



    Solis 1

    Fry the meat in a pan.

    Finely chop the onions.

    Then put the fried meat in a pot with cabbage, onions, garlic and simmer.

    Also add a little brown sugar, bay leaves, black and allspice.

    Simmer everything for a long time, stirring occasionally, so as not to burn, about 3-4 hours, on low heat.
