Gnocchi pasta with zucchini and spinach. Vegetarian pasta recipe with both mild and sharp flavors. 



    Solis 1

    Prepare the paste according to the information on the packet or according to your taste.

    Finely chop the onions and put in another pot or deep pan with chili pepper, when they have a golden hue, add the vegetable broth (you can cook it yourself with a broth cube or buy ready-made). Boil it for another 5 minutes.

    Cut the zucchini into cubes.

    Add zucchini and salt to the pot. Slightly shaken, but does not allow the zucchini to break down.

    Remove the pot from the heat and add the coconut milk, tomato sauce and pepper, mix everything thoroughly and add the spinach. Place the pot back on the stove to heat up.

    Add the finished paste to the pot, mix everything together.
