Great chowder for any taste, including vegans. Everyone loves this super healthy soup, perfect for a light dinner.

Did you know that a medium-sized carrot contains 25 calories, 6 g of carbohydrates and 2 g of fiber. This vegetable is a great source of vitamin A, providing more than 200% of the daily dose of vitamin A. Carrots are filled with beta-carotene, a natural chemical that the body converts into vitamin A. The orange the carrot, the more beta-carotene you get.

    Solis 1

Peel and cut separately - onion, potato and carrot.

    Solis 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a saucepan, add the chopped onion, then fry for 5 minutes until soft.

    Solis 3

Stir in 1 teaspoon of ground coriander and chopped potatoes, then cook for 1 min.

    Solis 4

Add all the carrots and broth.

    Solis 5

Boil for 20 minutes until the carrots are soft.

    Solis 6

When everything has boiled, blend. You can use a hand blender, respectively, as it is more convenient for you to create a homogeneous mass - "mess".

    Solis 7

While blending, add a second spoonful of coriander. Taste, if necessary, you can add salt.

    Solis 8

Then reheat to serve the finished soup.

If there are carnivores in the family or with friends, you can use chicken broth instead of vegetable broth. And while blending add 2 tablespoons of cream to make it a little fuller. Instead of carrots, in principle, you can use any vegetables you want, such as pumpkin. Remember that you can always add something of your own to each recipe. Enjoy your meal!
