Venison tartare. Tartar itself is a great snack, even a main course. You will also find other types of tartar recipes on the website. I also offer venison tartare. Try it out!

    Solis 1

    Finely cut the venison fillet.

    Solis 2

Finely chop the onion and fry in a small amount of butter until they become transparent, then cool.

    Solis 3

Finely chop the garlic and dill.

    Solis 4

Mix all ingredients and mix together.

    Solis 5

Put the mass in a metal ring or a small cup. Allow to cool for at least an hour and shrink the flavors.

    Solis 6

    When standing, serve on plates.

Others like to eat tartar and serve it with raw quail eggs. But the toast should definitely also be on a plate. Enjoy your meal!
