Mushroom soup with melted cheese is a great autumn dish. But you can also create a summery autumn atmosphere at any other time of the year. Prepare this great dish for yourself. 




    Solis 1

    Pour water into the pot and bring to a boil.

    Solis 2

    If necessary, cut the mushrooms into cubes. And put inside the pot. Remove the foam, if any, and cut off a smaller fire.

    Solis 3

    Peel the potatoes and carrots, cut into cubes, put in a pot with mushrooms. Add salt to taste if desired.

    Solis 4

    15 min. before the end of boiling, add all the melted cheese.


    Serve in soup plates, sprinkle it with fresh dill. Enjoy your meal!
