Mushrooms in a simple marinade

During the fall, mushrooms are revered by many. Have you tried mushrooms in a simple marinade? Try it out!



    3 liter jars will be required.

    Solis 1

    Mushrooms thoroughly cleaned, boiled and then sprinkled with cold water.

    Solis 2

    Make a marinade. Pour water into the pot, add salt, sugar, bay leaf, pepper, allspice and garlic cloves. Cooks for a few minutes.

    Solis 3

    Bites of mushrooms. Add the marinade to the pot. Boil for about 5 minutes. Nosmel foam.

    Then add vinegar.

    Then put in jars. Make sure that the mushrooms are not too compacted - better to fly in the marinade.


    Keep the jars cold for winter stocks. Enjoy your meal!
