Pancakes without milk, flour, sugar and eggs - that's right - oatmeal pancakes!



    Solis 1

    In a blender, pour the oatmeal and grind until it becomes flour.

    Solis 2

    Add ½ banana, baking powder and almond or oat milk. Blend until a homogeneous, relatively liquid mass is obtained.

    Solis 3

    Allow the dough to linger for about 15 minutes.

    Solis 4

    Heat the oil in a pan and bake small pancakes over medium heat on both sides until they form a crispy, golden brown crust.


    Serve with berries, fruit or jam of your choice. Enjoy your meal!
