Quick vegetarian fried rice. Everyone likes fast and, of course, delicious recipes. Try it out!



    Solis 1

    Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

    Solis 2

    Heat the oil on the pan, if any, on the wok pan.

    Sakul olu. Fry in a pan to form a thin omelette. Remove the omelette from the pan, roll in a roll and cut into slices.

    Cut the tofu into approximately 1,5 cm pieces.

    Pour the oil back into the pan and fry the tofu. Corn, bake 2 min. or until golden in color. When ready, set aside.

    Cut the onion into thin slices.

    Chop the garlic and chili.

    Finely chop broccoli and carrots.

    Fry on high heat with oil - onion, garlic and chilli. Stir, fry for 30 seconds, then add broccoli, carrots and 2 tablespoons of water. Stir fry until vegetables are soft.

    Solis 10

    Mix soy sauce, lime juice and honey in a small bowl. Add to the pan along with the rice. Bake for 2 minutes.

    Solis 11

    Serving the finished rice mixture on a plate, put omelette rolls on top.


    Can be decorated with fresh greens To taste good!
