    Winter is the main time for beets. They are so versatile, you can steam, bake, marinate, cook, eat salad and use their juice.

    Solis 1
    beets, cream, garlic, salt, lemon pepper

    I usually use ready-made, grated beets in a packet, it saves a lot of time, see the example in the picture. Place the beets in a bowl in which you will prepare a salad. Of course, you can replace the already prepared beets with freshly cooked beets, but it will take much more time.

    Solis 2

    Peel a clove of garlic, squeeze and place the beets.

    Add 2 teaspoons of sour cream (mayonnaise can also be used instead of sour cream); about half a teaspoon of salt and lemon pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.
