I love eating beans since childhood. And mom's bean stew is still a favorite dish, but it takes a long time to cook. That's why I find a solution for the long cooking process - my quick bean stew.

    Solis 1

    Peel an onion and cut into cubes. Bake in a pan.

    Solis 2

    Also cut bacon and tomatoes, add to pan. Bake for about 10 minutes.

    Solis 3

    Drain the beans and peas, add to the pan and fry until slightly browned, about 5 minutes.

    Conclusion

    I don't add any spices because the bacon is quite salty. Other times I also add some 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce. Enjoy your meal!
