The name already says a lot - spicy soup in the Mexican style. If you are a fan of spicy food, then this recipe is for you.



    Solis 1

    Heat oil in a pan, fry minced meat and add salt.

    Finely chop the onion and carrot.

    Add the onion to the minced meat, simmer until it becomes transparent. Then add the carrots and continue to cook for another 4 minutes.

    Cut sweet peppers into small pieces. Chop pepper and garlic finely.

    Add sweet peppers, chili peppers, garlic to the contents of the pan and continue to simmer, stirring occasionally.

    Transfer the contents of the pan to a separate pot, add the beans and corn.

    Add boiling water to the pot in such a quantity that it covers the vegetables and beans. If you want the soup to be more liquid, add more water.

    Add ground black and red pepper, paprika powder, and salt to taste. Boil over medium heat for 5 min.
